Juice

Well, Dan and I FINALLY bought a juicer. I HIGHLY recomend getting one. It's so good and makes you feel so good and I toss a whole bunch of broccoli and carrots and other veggies in and you don't even taste it AND you can put the peels and stuff in baked goods and lasagna and it tastes really yummy. YAY healthy lifestyle.

Cruise Photos

Here's a quick taste of our cruise. For more pictures, go to my facebook, where I will be posting whole folders of pictures. Here are some things we did- I danced with the tribal Gombe dancers, we went to the botanical gardens, the zoo, the aquarium, the fantasy caves, the crystal caves, the swizzle inn (and yes, we swaggered out) and we swam with barracudas. We also went to lots of beaches and parks.

VACATION!!!

As of Wednesday afternoon, Dan and I will be on vacation!!! First we are headed to CT Wednesday night to spend some time with family and friends and go to THE BIG COOKOUT on the 5th at Aunt Linda's. You don't miss this once a year party, you just don't. Then Saturday night we are heading back to MA to do some last minute packing and catch an hour or two of sleep before Tyler Christie whisks us away to Boston on Sunday morning so we can go to BERMUDA on our CRUISE!!!! YAY!!! I will take LOTS of pictures.

I wrote in lots of caps for this post. I am a little excited.

Dan's New Job

Well, Dan started his job yesterday- in at 8:30 and out at 5:30 with an hour lunch.
Commute: Aprox. 3 minutes. With Traffic. That's right.
He came home for lunch today which was AWESOME because I got out of work at 12:15.
I think I like this new job more than he does! Ah well, he'll post more details later.
In other news, Leanne is off to Wisconsin to be with different people she loves. Rats!
Now it's just Dan and me, all alone......

Lily's Big Day

Lily is a new big sister! Here are the cute pictures I took of her big day! Her dad called at 4 in the morning, so Dan and I went on over to their place so they could go to the Hospital. When Lily woke up all she found was me! First, we ate some breakfast together and ran a few errands. Then Mel came by while I went to work. At 2:24pm, Jonah came! As soon as I got out of work, I packed up Mel and Lily and we went to visit her family- and meet new little brother Jonah! She seemed to like him very much. Dan came by soon after. We all got to hold him- yay! Then Dan and I took Lily home and read her a book and put her to sleep before the Roys came over for the night. What a big day!

Work work work....

Kaitlin:
work has been going very well and I am taking over more and more responsiblities- I am a learning coach (qualified individuals go through special training to train new partners) and will be placing the daily and weekly order for food, sandwhiches, milk, syrups, pastires, etc. I've been very busy and am working several hours.
Dan:
While work has been going well, he has been looking elsewhere. His last interview (previously posted about) ended, well, insignificantly, with the company not moving forward with any of their interviews (to our knowledge, and the recruiter Dan's been talking to). However, GOOD NEWS, he had an interview at the Cumming Center (right down the street!!) and the made him an offer today!!! YAY!!! So let's pray that this is either a good fit, or that God makes it clear that he shouldn't take it.
In other news, Leanne is all settled in and staying with us for the next three weeks until she is finished with her student teaching. This is fun because she is the best.
Still waiting for Lauren to pop. :)
